Salads are available in either disposable or non-disposable bowls depending on your service needs.
Salad servings are based on side salad portions of approximately 4-8oz
At time of booking current market price will be quoted.
At two (2) weeks prior to event date final guest count is due. Once final guest count is received a finalized invoice with current market pricing will be provided.
