Staff labor charge-A 20% staff labor charge will be billed to all full service buffet menus:
Catering staff labor charge includes: Staffing charges for Delivery, Set up of Buffet, Maintains Buffet, Clean up of Buffet, Kitchen and any staging area used by caterers only. Any Left over food will be boxed in disposable take home boxes for clients, (Subject to food safety regulations)
Additional labor charges apply for any wait staff and bartenders-
Gratuity is not included in service labor charge. Gratuity is left to the discretion of the client and always greatly appreciated by the staff when received.
A 25% nonrefundable deposit is required to hold event date. Deposit is transferable if event date is changed with in 3 months (Subject to caters availability)
Full payment must be received on or before the date of the event.
Final guest count required 72 hours prior to event date.
Prices are Based on 35 Guest Minimum
However we are happy to accommodate your smaller parties as well.
Please add $2.50 per person to any Buffet menu for parties under 35

Disposable ware can be added to any order for only $1.00 per person. Includes White Chinet plates, disposable utensils rolled in white napkin, disposable cups.

Wait staff and Bartenders are available for $18.00 per hour. Minimum 3 hours. Gratuity is left to the discretion of the client.
